Zenecon is a small, independent building company run by director Eric de Haan — and that is exactly the point.
Eric started in the trade in 1977 as a bricklayer in Tasmania, moved to WA in 1994, and spent more than three decades laying brick for some of Perth's most prestigious building firms and on heritage restoration work. In 2009 he formed Zenecon to build homes his own way.
That experience shows up in the details. Eric personally supervises every project, gives you an honest and thorough quote before a brick is laid, and keeps the process transparent from the first selection to the final handover. Carolyn de Haan manages accounts, so the numbers are as carefully looked after as the build.
Many of Eric's clients come back to build a second or third time. His motto says it best: building should be fun.
